Single men and women (18-30) are invited to consider membership within the Celibate Brotherhood and Celibate Sisterhood of the Brothers and Sisters of Charity
Sound physical, mental, and emotional health appropriate to age with minimal conditions requiring steady medical attention
Command of the English Language
Docility to learn and be taught
Positive disposition and ability to work collaboratively with others in a multi-generational community
Free from ecclesial censures or civic or military responsibilities
Retirement of personal debt
Moral character is generally virtuous, lacking indecisiveness, dependency, narcissism, compulsions, hostility, addictions, etc.
Must be a high school graduate.
A college degree from a 4-year institution is desirable.
A theology degree is optional.
Vo-tech education and experience is also desirable.
An employment history detailing the work over the past 3 years.
Member in good standing within a Christian community.
Experience with the spirituality of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and and openness to cultivating the gifts of the Holy Spirit
Can articulate a personal witness/testimony of conversion.
A routine or commitment to daily personal prayer, and looking for deeper experiences of contemplative and charismatic prayer
Faithful to the teachings of Holy Father (Roman Pontiff) and the Catholic Church
Desire for a simple life in the spirit of Saint Francis and the Desert Fathers
Willingness to embrace a life of on-going conversion in the spirit of St. Benedict
Zeal to proclaim the Gospel by word and deed
An age-appropriate, mature and healthy generosity in responding call of God in all its ordinary and extraordinary forms with joy and humility
